Here's Looking At Ya

acrylic, 20x24 SOLD
commissioned. My client saw my cow painting ( Trio) at the Calyx art Show, and went to find her friend to show it to her and by the time she came back to it, it was picked up by someone else. She wanted me to paint something similar for her.

Mountain Shade

Acrylic, 14 x14 $375
Rather than the palette knife this effect was achieved by laying down the texture first...somewhat similar to David Langevin's work, although I don't use as many transparent layers as he does. I do love the textural lines that are produced.

Barrier Dam

acrylic, 9x12 , $250
We took a trip along highway 40, in the Rocky Mountains and came across this beautifull site. Still getting used to how different my paintings look when I don't use texture or the palette knife.

Glow, Equine Art

acrylic on canvas, 16x40 in, $995.00 , Equine Art
It was hard to photograph this properly as I used a lot of layers and transparencies. It looks much nicer in real life.

Give Me Space

acrylic on canvas, 16 in x40in, 975.00
More cows. I painted this while working in Art Central the other day and before it was even finished I had a 'first right of refusal' request. I hope my potential client likes it finished as well as she did half done.
