View From Lac Des Arc

acrylic 36 x 60 inches.
Another painting of a mountain I don't know the name of. I tried to download Google earth but was unsuccessful. You can first see it looking towards lac Des Arcs and all the way to Canmore. Again I will include a couple of my photos. If anyone knows the name of this mountain, please let me know, I would greatly appreciate it.

Hi Linda
Lovely painting! I believe the mountain that you're referring to, (viewed from Lac Des Arc westward), is of the Three Sisters- from the eastern side. Wonderful light effects.
Cheers, Dianne

I should have read the comments first, just checked Google Earth, and it is the East side of 3 sisters.

Hi Linda. I'm going with Pigeon Mountain. I'd actually always wondered the name of that mountain as I pass it every time I head into Calgary. Heading south on the Trans Canada, it looks a bit like Rundle. Evidently the cuts in the woods at the base were an early attempt at a ski hill that never caught on. But your shot is taken from the Exshaw side where it's sheer rock.
Have a look...
